As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to help share the exciting stories behind the incredible homes we build!
Position Overview:
As our In-House Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of our brand across digital platforms. You’ll be on-site, capturing the magic behind the scenes, crafting engaging content, and developing fun, creative campaigns that showcase the unique homes we create. If you love telling stories, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a hands-on, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Editing: Snap and edit stunning photos and videos on-site to showcase the progress and craftsmanship of our custom homes.
- Creative Ideation: Dream up fresh, exciting content ideas that capture our brand’s spirit and connect with our audience.
- Campaign Development: Plan and roll out fun social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to spread the word about our homes.
- Storytelling: Share the journey of each home, from the first blueprint to the final touches, creating compelling stories that highlight our commitment to quality.
- Digital Marketing: Create blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns that complement our social media content and keep our audience engaged.
- Performance Analysis: Keep an eye on how our posts and campaigns are doing, using data to help us create even better content next time.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management (real estate, design, or construction industries a plus!)
- Skilled in photography, videography, and content editing, with experience using FinalCut or Adobe Premiere
- A knack for storytelling, with a portfolio that shows off your creative work
- Comfortable using social media platforms and analytics tools
- Flexible and able to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment
- Passionate about design and architecture!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
