Sun Colony Apartments is now accepting employment applications for an experienced and qualified grounds keeper/porter. The grounds keeper is responsible for the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following.
Remove litter, debris, cigarette butts and pet droppings from the grounds, maintain flowers and color beds, perform trash outs in vacated units, breakdown furniture, sweep and clean around dumpsters, shovel mud off of sidewalks when necessary, use blower as needed, vacuum and maintain swimming pools, distribute resident notices, perform wood repairs and assist with various physical tasks as directed.
Experience preferred. Person must have an eye for detail, complete task in a reasonable time frame, as well as the ability to perform task with minimal supervision.
