We are seeking an experienced sales representative and a organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team that lives in the DFW area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
.- Perform data entry tasks, including using QuickBooks.
- Manage the office calendar and become familiar with the scheduling system.
- Type reports, letters, and other documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrate excellent etiquette and professionalism when meeting with clients.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Visit potential customers offering our services.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Fluency in English and Spanish. This is required.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience as an office assistant is highly preferred.
- Experience in sales is highly preferred.
We are a remodeling company that works with apartment complexes in the DFW area. Godoy Renovations is growing quickly and is in need of an additional team member. This position will be HYBRID with remote responsibilities as well as in-person tasks (visiting apartment complexes' offices across the DFW area). For this reason, we are looking for someone with a valid U.S. Driver's license and their own vehicle (gas expenses will be reimbursed appropriately).
