We are a financial services firm specializing in retirement planning and annuities. Our firm is growing, and we are seeking a reliable, motivated Appointment Setter & Marketing Assistant to join us part-time in our Dallas office. The primary focus of this role is calling and texting leads to schedule appointments, with additional light administrative and marketing support.
Responsibilities
Call past and existing leads to schedule appointments with our advisor.
Send SMS text follow-ups through our CRM to improve response rates.
Track call and text activity, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Assist with light office administrative tasks as needed.
Provide support with basic marketing tasks, including Facebook lead management and simple digital updates.
Qualifications
Excellent phone presence — confident, professional, and friendly.
Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Dependable, punctual, and consistent.
Comfortable with basic technology, including CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools.
Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
