This is a full time in-person office/admin position in the Allen, Texas area, not a remote position.
This position will be responsible for establishing and improving the tools and processes
needed to support a residential and commercial HVAC office and sustain business growth.
Job responsibilities would include becoming knowledgeable in the software, computer skills,
communicating with customers, dispatching, scheduling installations, requesting city permits and
other administrative work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive workstyle.
Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
HVAC trade experience a plus but not required
