We are looking for someone that can perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties, which include providing a high level of customer service support and be proficient in Excel and Word, also will be helping our sales team support.
Responsibilities:
Answer the phones.
Receive and sort mail.
Help Process checks and credit cards.
Prepare contracts.
Make phone calls for appointments.
Prepare invoices for customers.
Create and manage schedules for Crew.
Send out letters, postcards.
Make calls for payments.
Be the point person in the office to make sure everything is flowing.
Required Skills:
Must be very proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in office administration / sales assistant position.
Must be able to communicate with co-workers and customers professionally.
Must possess good organizational skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Bonus if have experience in ACT but not necessary.
