The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, relationship building, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for agent.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.
Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
