Customer Service: Resolving patient complaints, providing guidance, finding solutions, customer satisfaction, providing guidance.
Answering phones: Answering, screening, and directing calls to staff, and taking messages
Handling paperwork: Sorting and distributing paperwork, and performing basic filing and recordkeeping.
Running errands: Ordering office supplies, receiving mail and packages, and delivering or distributing items, scanning incoming mail, bank runs.
Maintaining records: Keeping track of meetings, office expenses, and visitor, employee.
Hours- Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00pm
(1 hour lunch) All federal holidays off

This position requires reliable transportation and a clean Level 2 background check.
