- Client is a Texas-based construction company with more than 25 years in the field of commercial construction.
- As the Administrative Assistant, this person will be responsible for the day to day organization of the office and clerical duties.
- This includes handling mail, bills, managing the relationships with the vendors.
- Handling accounts payable, data entry, and making sure all vendors receive payments on-time.
- This person should also be comfortable with social media (FB & IG) as they will be handling social media for their business page (a couple of posts per week).
- 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM (this is an onsite position)
