Established, Texas-based underground utility company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support office with administrative/clerical needs. Such duties may include: data entry, preparing reports, analyzing data, processing registration renewals and providing support to various internal departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry into system for vehicle tracking
Tracking and acquiring vehicle registrations for fleet management
Manage toll tag program for company fleet
Other duties or projects as assigned

SKILLS & ABLITIES
Experience: Six months to one year of related office experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
