Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and property division.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, settlement negotiations, and mediations.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are protected.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective legal strategies and approaches.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case files and documentation.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Texas State Bar is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience practicing family law.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex family law cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
Our variable compensation system allows you ultimate flexibility to set your own schedule and make an excellent income. You are paid a percentage of all of your collections and on all of the collections on your cases by anyone else at the firm. Your compensation will be based on the rate at which you charge and the amount of hours you collect.
Flexibility:
Our firm is configured to allow work from any remote location of your choosing as well as a physical office in Southlake. We do not require our attorneys to be "in the office" at any specific times; however, being in the office means signing up new clients and having access to the other attorneys and staff.
