Law firm in Dallas is seeking a bilingual legal assistant to join our personal injury department.
We're looking for a motivated, energetic candidate with a great work ethic, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
This position will be primarily responsible for managing a docket of pre-litigation personal injury. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in personal injury case management, including setting up insurance claims, obtaining medical records, preparing settlement demands, communication with clients, and general file management.
The position will include a salary (commensurate with experience), health insurance, vision and dental insurance, 401k, PTO and sick days.
