As a Vehicle Readiness Coordinator at Eone Auto Group, you will be playing a critical role in ensuring the efficient and seamless preparation and presentation of vehicles for sale at the dealership. This position is responsible for overseeing the stages of vehicle readiness, maintaining the appearance of vehicles on the lot, and facilitating the transportation of vehicles to auction or repair shops as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee the stages of vehicle readiness for sale on-site, including detailing, inspections, and minor repairs as necessary.
Maintain the appearance of vehicles on the lot to meet dealership standards for cleanliness and presentation.
Coordinate the transportation of vehicles to auction sites or repair shops, arranging for towing services or driving vehicles as needed.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on dealership vehicles, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery condition.
Keep accurate records of vehicle inventory, including tracking vehicle locations, condition reports, and repair histories.
Collaborate with sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle preparation and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Monitor vehicle storage areas to ensure organization, security, and accessibility for sales and service staff.
Assist with coordinating vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring a smooth handover process and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any maintenance or cosmetic issues and coordinate necessary repairs.
Support the overall efficiency of dealership operations by assisting with additional tasks as required, including supporting special events, inventory audits, or facility maintenance.
Working Conditions:
This position is based on-site at EONE AUTO GROUP and primarily operates in an automotive dealership environment. The Vehicle Readiness Coordinator may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and occasional vehicle fumes, noise, and mechanical hazards. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary to accommodate dealership operations and events.
