Pacesetter Personnel Services is seeking School Construction Clean Up workers for the Garland, TX area.
Shift: Hours 7am- 4pm. Will work any days between Monday- Friday
Initially, you may start on a 2 to 3-day-per-week basis, with the goal of moving to a 5-day workweek as things progress.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from occupants promptly.
Requirements:
Must pass drug test and background check.
Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25- 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work weekends.
Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols is a plus.
