Pool Cleaning Worker/Technician (no experience needed, but helpful)

Carrollton-based, family-owned pool business is seeking someone to clean and maintain pools for 4 days a week (sometimes 5 if desired) in the Carrollton area. This is a full-time position, but the days and the week are shorter than a regular full-time job, so a person could easily do other work part-time if they wanted. Ideally, candidate will also have some experience and ability to make small equipment repairs/do minor problem solving, but that is not required (although anyone interested in only repairs should please reach out). Pay is very competitive ($25 or more / hour).
DESCRIPTION
For now, the job is to clean and maintain a well-organized pool route for 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. A partial 5th day may be added in the future. If weather or something unexpected comes up, the days are fairly flexible and can be moved one day or combined.
Pickup will be provided. Fuel will be paid for.
Basic starting equipment will be provided to perform the job. Chemicals will be provided.
Ideal candidate is someone with pool experience looking for part-time/full-time work, or someone who is capable, mechanically inclined, and somewhat of a perfectionist. Experience is very helpful but definitely not required. Willing to train the right person work ethic and reliability are most important.
Prefer someone who is looking for a fairly long-term arrangement. This is a family-owned operation, and we want to establish a long-standing relationship.
We operate year round.
Extra money can be made cleaning filters and doing repairs, if able.
REQUIREMENTS
We will provide pickup truck and all tools needed.
Must have valid driver's license.
Own smart phone with GPS to locate pools, and to communicate with customers when needed.
Ability to speak and write in English reasonably well.
Preferable to have some knowledge and experience in pool cleaning and equipment, but not necessary.
Physically able to do the job, take the heat, and work in rain/cold if need be.
Uniforms are not worn, but must dress cleanly and respectfully.
Most importantly, must be reliable and trustworthy, and have a sense of perfectionism regarding doing the job well.
