Onsite Recruiter – $750-900/week + Bonuses – Room for Growth!
Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Farmers Branch! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for a long-term career with growth potential.
Recruiting or staffing and Spanish fluency is REQUIRED for this position. You will be working closely with a primarily Spanish-speaking workforce.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding associates
Conduct orientations and ensure new hires are prepared for success
Track attendance and maintain employee records
Build strong relationships with associates and clients on-site
Support daily staffing needs and help keep operations running smoothly
