Duties:
Position and secure rebar or wire mesh for concrete.
Use a variety of fasteners, rod-bending machines, blowtorches, and hand tools.
Use power tools (i.e. hammer drill, hand saw)
Lift, carry, move, pull rebar to position.
Mark, space, and fasten together rods in forms according to blueprints, using wire and pliers.
Cut rods to required lengths, using gas power saw, bar cutters, or acetylene torches.
Cut and fit wire mesh or welded wire fabric in concrete to reinforce concrete.
Clean the job site
Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a VALID Social Security Card, Driver's License or government-issued ID
Must have transportation to and from the job site.
Must be able to pass a background check (that means no pending or active felonies/misdemeanors).
No experience is required (However, you are required to be responsible, have initiative,
have a sense of urgency, and be committed to your team and the work itself.)
Must have steel-toe boots and a hard hat.
Lift and haul up to 92 pounds.
