Are you handy, organized, and love working outdoors? We’re a growing estate sale and property management company looking for a dependable Garage and Outdoor Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on preparing garages, yards, and outdoor spaces for estate sales and property cleanups. If you’ve got a strong work ethic and an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Organize and stage garage and outdoor items (tools, furniture, equipment) for estate sales.
Clean and tidy outdoor areas—sweeping, clearing debris, and light hauling.
Set up tables, signage, and displays for sale days.
Test and demonstrate outdoor equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, power tools) to ensure functionality.
Assist with loading/unloading items and transporting materials as needed.
Mark and secure areas not for sale; apply caution tape or signage.
Requirements:
Experience with basic tools and outdoor equipment (preferred but not required—willing to train the right person).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Team player who can also work independently.
Background check may be required.
