Qualifications:
Capable of lifting items weighing up to 49 pounds.
Comfortable working at heights of up to 40 feet on mezzanines where necessary.
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory, and some units may require protective safety footwear.
Applicants must be 18 years or older, able to understand and follow job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and efficiently prepare them for delivery.
Load conveyor belts, transport goods, and coordinate deliveries for drivers.
Handle larger items like TVs, furniture, and appliances, with training provided for handling heavy bulk items using technology.
Utilize smartphones and handheld devices for sorting, scanning, and preparing orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages following on-screen instructions.
Perform various physical tasks during shifts, including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
Safely operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other equipment to move items.
Navigate stairs as needed and work around moving machinery such as order pickers and forklifts.
