Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: In-Office | Fort Worth, TX ( just south of DFW Airport)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering a positive experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering knowledgeable support regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating to relevant departments when necessary.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and a positive attitude.

Process customer orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.

Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system.

Collaborate with internal departments to handle complex customer issues or special requests.

Achieve and exceed key performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, satisfaction score).

Identify and recommend opportunities for improved customer service and operational efficiency.

Manage order entry, and analyze and reconcile purchase orders and sales orders.

Prepare and process credit and debit memos.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with live chat systems a plus.

Demonstrated patience and empathy when interacting with customers.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous experience in the produce industry is a plus.

Bi-ligual is a plus
