Qualifications:

Flexibility in completing tasks using different methods.
Availability for overtime, including Saturdays and some Sundays.
Responsibilities:
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
Show up on time with a positive attitude ready to complete assigned tasks.
Follow instructions from Foreman, Superintendent, and Leads.
Demonstrate respect towards coworkers, managers, clients, other contractors, equipment, and property.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment.
Gather necessary tools for tasks and use them proficiently.
Prepare job sites for various construction activities.
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job sites.
Provide labor support to specialty crews when needed.
Wear approved Personal Protective Equipment on construction sites.
Recognize and adhere to safety precautions regarding equipment hazards.
Maintain awareness of spacing requirements to complete tasks efficiently.
Attend safety meetings and adhere to safety policies, regulations, and procedures.
Positively represent the company both internally and externally.
Actively participate as a team member, completing tasks promptly.
Maintain professionalism in accordance with company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
