Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR),
Exp in Clerical Warehouse Environment a must.
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 PM, M-F some OT may be required.
Candidate will be working in the shipping and receiving administration office.
Candidate will be assisting our warehouse supervisor & employees, with inbound and outbound paperwork.
Candidate will check truck drivers in and out of our facility.
Candidate will answer phones and schedule inbound and outbound delivery appointments.
Candidate will enter inbound and outbound shipments in our warehouse management system (WMS/SAP)Exp in WMS and or SAPa plus.
Candidate will enter inbound and outbound shipments in our 3PL warehouse management system.
Typing speed with accuracy is critical.
UPS and FedEx shipping knowledge is a plus.
Light office cleaning.
Candidate will need to multi-task.
Attention to detail is a must
