Assistant MGR
Candidate must have strong Leasing and customer service skills! Prior property management experience a plus, familiar with: Computer-email, excel, word, yardi, blue moon. Experienced in writing work orders and supervising maintenance staff and are familiar with eviction process.
We are looking for a take charge candidate to keep our property stable and with high occupancy. (Spanish is preferred but not necessary)
BI-LINGUAL a plus

Applicants must have the ability to troubleshot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community.
Have your own tools and transportation and have HVAC certification.
