Aid for Wheelchair Bound Senior

I am a retired senior male bound by a wheelchair at the present time and I need a person once or twice a week or as needed. Duties would include cooking, laundry, floors, washing dishes and small chores around the house. MUST be a good cook. I have lymphadema which is swelling of my legs and need someone to unwrap and wrap my legs from the knees down to keep the swelling down. I also need someone to go with me ocasionally to Doctors appointments, going to get a haircut and going to restaurants as I need someone to place my 40 pound wheelchair in and out of my trunk for me.
