Position: Staffing Recruiter
Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: 8am-3pm ( must be flexible to be on-call in the evenings and weekends)
What You’ll Do:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical roles
Build strong relationships with team and staff
Manage job openings and update applicant tracking system
Ensure timely placement and onboarding of qualified candidates
Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism
We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous recruiting or staffing experience
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Organized, proactive, and results-driven
✅ Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
✅ Bilingual a plus!
Pay: $680+ DOE
