Relative Care At Home Agency is seeking an experienced and bilingual Admin/Office Manager for our Dallas Pleasant Grove office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in home care management, is proficient in HHAexchange, EVV, and has HR experience as well as payroll experience. As a small family company we prioritize team spirit within our office and we would love to have a candidate who also values teamwork in the workplace. Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Assist and complete intake forms
- Communicate effectively with team members, caregivers and participants
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with training and development of new employees
- Payroll
- Organize our HR department system
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in HHAexchange, Evv, Excel, Microsoft Word
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus and desired but not required
- High school Diploma/GED is required
- Experience in matching participants with caregivers is a plus.
