We’re seeking an experienced Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant and bar operations. This is a leadership role for someone who is hands-on, and organized.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Direct and coordinate day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and a high-quality guest experience.
Staff Management: Supervise bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and utility team; create and manage schedules; train and onboard new hires; maintain accountability and performance standards.
Inventory & Cost Control: Conduct weekly bar inventory, place orders, and manage cost analysis. Monitor pour accuracy (jiggers, no overpouring), track product usage, and manage food & supply inventory with accurate waste accounting.
Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting and review of daily/weekly sales reports to maximize profitability.
Customer Service: Lead by example, ensuring top-notch hospitality and resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met across the establishment.
Facility Oversight: Oversee cleaning, organization, and upkeep of the bar, dining areas, and kitchen. Responsible for a thorough bar deep-clean once a week.
Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and develop staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years management experience in a restaurant/bar setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
Solid knowledge of bar operations, food service, and hospitality best practices.
