We are looking for a motivated and experienced prep cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food preparation, as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
Prep food, sauces, and items according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the prep kitchen
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as a prep cook in a fast-casual or casual dining restaurant
Excellent food preparation skills
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
