Ellerbe Fine Foods currently seeks experienced line chef looking to join a quality, scratch, fine dining restaurant!
Lead Line Chef Responsibilities:
Prepping and maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Making sure tickets are organized and communicating pick ups with the line.
Producing a consistent and proper product during service.
Breakdown of station and kitchen at end of service.
Follow instruction from the management team to ensure targets are met with labor and food costs.
Must be able to work Friday and Saturday Evenings
4-5 shifts per week 3pm-close
always off on Sunday and Monday
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 3 years Fine Dining Experience
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and efficiency.
Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
