Bilingual Line/Prep Cook needed for WEEKEND HEAVY NEW RESTAURANT
Job description
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Assist in meal preparation and production in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure safe handling of food
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Assist with catering events and special functions as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
