Position: Barista & Food Handler
Location: Plano Toyota Dealership Café
Hours: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM | Part-Time & Full-Time Available
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused barista to join our small café located inside a Toyota dealership. The ideal candidate has barista experience, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in providing great service—even during a busy morning rush.
Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and teas
Handle light food prep: warming pastries, assembling grab-and-go items, and making sandwiches or salads
Keep café area clean and organized, including wiping counters, washing dishes, and restocking
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions
Provide exceptional customer service to dealership staff and customers
Assist with occasional pick-up runs for café supplies (must have a car)
Requirements:
Previous barista or coffee experience preferred
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Must have reliable transportation
Strong attention to customer service, quality, speed, and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and manage a consistent morning flow
