In this role requires enough knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges, and develop products and solutions.Objective/Purpose: To ensure success as a Senior Software Engineer you shall have a strong passion for work and the ability to turn complex product /tool requirements into simple/optimal technical solutions and be accountable for the assigned technical deliverables.Key Responsibilities: Determining the structure and design of user interfaces for both desktop as well as web applications.Develop the service model as per API management best practices and SOAP/ REST design paradigmsCreate user dashboards for reporting and analyticsBuild UI mock-ups and deliver demoEnsuring user experience determines design choices.Developing features to enhance the user experience.Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.Building reusable code for future use.Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.Collaborating with the back-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.Develop solutions that complies with coding standards enforced through static analyzers such as SonarQubeParticipate in all aspects of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation). Work within an Agile team, participating in ceremonies related to the Agile framework. Support cross-functional teams in testing, deploying, and maintaining the product /toolDeveloping ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.Taking lead on projects as and when needed.Work with team members to improve design, coding practices
