- 6+ years providing advanced networking hardware and software technical support
- Experience with designing and deploying LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including core data center & site firewalls, and other network hardware's
- Design, implement, and support firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and remote-access VPN conduct research on network products
- Experience working with Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, and Fortinet
- Experience supporting networking, security, virtualization, storage software, and hardware products
- Experience troubleshooting or supporting server, application, or infrastructure
- Ability to diagnose, resolve, and document technical support issues
- Salary range $100-120k
