Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Recruiter in Downtown Dallas (100% on-site). This role is within the non-profit industry, where you will be instrumental in facilitating both the recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as assisting in learning and development initiatives. Responsibilities: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of experience in candidates Utilize various platforms to post job openings and manage our applicant tracking system Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with relevant hiring managers Execute reference checks and background verifications when required Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and distributing necessary materials and documentation Lead orientation sessions to acquaint new employees with the organization’s culture, policies, and procedures Assist in identifying training needs and developing appropriate training programs Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring effective delivery of training content Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose improvements Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as required.Requirements Proficiency in Applicant Track System Experience in conducting Background Checks Understanding of Benefit Functions Excellent Communication skills Ability to handle Volume Recruiting Proficiency in Recruitment - High Volume Knowledge of effective Recruiting Strategies Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter tool Skills in Resume Screening Ability to Conduct Interviews effectively Experience in conducting Reference Checks Knowledge of Onboarding processes TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
