Our commitment to career development has created tenure and loyalty that enables us to perpetuate our family atmosphere.Job DescriptionThe primary function of theOneStream Administratoris to provide timely support of the OneStream platform to the Finance, Operations, and IT teams and ensure accurate and timely planning and reporting of financial data. Provide guidance to the OneStream user base, feedback for corrections, and knowledge transfer to drive improvement in quality, process standardization, and analysis of reported data. Lead documentation of training and conduct live sessions for users’ continuous education. Assist with ongoing enhancements and maintenance to continue to add value within OneStream. Location:Omni Hotels & Resorts Corporate Office - Dallas, TX (in-office, not remote) Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day maintenance and administration of OneStream through internal ticketing system
Provide timely and accurate training to the OneStream user base (both written and verbal)
Assist with the build, rollout, and training of new modules
Understand custom business rules, data management jobs, data sources/integrations, transformation rules, and workflow profiles to complete effective troubleshooting of issues
Collaborate with various divisions throughout the company on metadata management
Support enterprise-wide users with data changes for monthly actuals, monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans within defined timelines and requirements
Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms
Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards and management reports through integration of operational data
Perform data loads and validations from source systems
Be proactive in identifying and recommending system improvements based upon user feedback
Assist business leads in defining test plans and test scripts to be used in IT and business user testing
Open OneStream support cases and interact with the OneStream support team when needed
Troubleshoot system errors and document consistent problems for future enhancements
Follow IT change management, incident management, and problem management policies and procedures
Refresh development environments as needed
Qualifications
1+ years supporting a OneStream application
OneStream Certification, such as Certified Associate in Administration credential preferred
Prior experience creating training documentation and hosting live user trainings and one-on-one support
Detail oriented; ability to track multiple tasks and deliverables
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with various business users and stakeholders
