Description We are offering a direct hire/permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager in the Downtown Dallas area. As an Office Manager, your role will be crucial in managing and supervising daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace. Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the office, including managing the receptionist and other office staff. Provide administrative support to management and employees, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies. Handle office-related inquiries and issues, acting as the main point of contact. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions. Manage and oversee the office budget, expenses, and vendor contracts. Assist with the coordination and execution of office events, meetings, and training sessions. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain housekeeping and office monitoring schedules. Assist in preparing and managing expense reports. Coordinate travel arrangements for guests and employees, including transportation to and from the airport. This role requires skills in Administrative Office work, Administrative Assistance, Scheduling, Email Correspondence, Corporate Events, Vendor Contracts, and Maintenance Requests.
