This role involves overseeing all stages of marketing projects, from the initial concept through to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing a variety of marketing projects, with a strong proficiency in using Optimizely for request management and workflow optimization. As a key player in our marketing team, the Marketing Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.Your day-today

Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of marketing projects across various channels and platforms.

Manage project scopes by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms.

Utilize Optimizely to manage requests efficiently, ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Provide direction and support to the project team, fostering an environment of clear communication and collaborative problem solving.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.

Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails.

Use risk management to minimize project risks and to manage any potential changes.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

What you bring to the team

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven working experience (3+ years) as a project manager in the marketing sector.

Strong practical experience in project management tools and software, with specific experience in Optimizely highly preferred.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software
