Job Description:This position is a unique opportunity to work with an external vendor, while connecting with a large quantity of sellers, and working on key strategic plays that will have direct visibility from leadership. The Lead/Project Program Management will work directly with vendor partner, LinkedIn Sales navigator, to manager our instance of their platform to develop tooling adoption strategies, stay up to date on the latest enhancements, and work through and manage our ROI as we head towards contract renewal timelines at end of year.An ideal candidate would have used LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or our other platforms, Outreach, Gong, or Zunos, in a direct selling role. The ideal candidate would have some level of technical understanding of the platform and would be able to speak to how it could/should be used. Communication skills, strategy/vision, and an understanding of what it takes to be a successful seller while using these key platforms will be critical to this role.Required Qualifications:
Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Salesforce CRM experience (functional reporting/dashboard knowledge; experience with custom objects and 3rd party vendor integrations preferred)
Tableau reporting experience (functional creation of reports and dashboards; used by sales leaders preferred)
SQL querying experience (ability to query databases & analyze data; experience with vendor data sets blended with in-house data preferred)
Project management skills (ability to prioritize and manage both technical and non-technical projects in parallel, collaborating with others or working alone)
Excellent communication skills (ability to translate technical concepts to different key stakeholder groups, both technical and non-technical to drive projects forward; ability to work across teams with conflicting priorities and goals)

Certifications within Salesforce CRM
Certifications within Tableau
Certifications within Snowflake
Certifications within SQL
Technical experience with sales engagement tooling (Outreach/Gong/LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Sales operations experience or equivalent experience in a sales organization
