This Internship is a pathway for future opportunities within Project Management. Assist in Project Planning: Help develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate Meetings: Schedule meetings, send reminders, and prepare agendas to facilitate effective communication.
Track Project Progress: Update project management software and tools to ensure milestones are met.
Documentation: Compile and organize project documentation, making sure all necessary materials are accessible.
Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Support Communication: Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Requirement Elicitation: Gather product requirements from users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
Business Interaction: Understand the business domain and solutions the product will provide, acting as a proxy Product Owner when necessary.
Requirement Translation: Convert requirements into functional specifications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Agile Methodologies: Utilize Agile methodologies to participate in Agile transformation at scale.
Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to create technical solutions.
Process Assessment: Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
Outcome Focus: Drive to a successful outcome in a deadline-oriented environment, adapting to changing requests.
Qualifications
Education: Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent communication skills, and familiarity with project management software.
Experience: Previous experience in project management or related internships can be beneficial.
Project Management and PMP Certification preferred but not required.
