Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Financial Analyst/Oracle System Admin to join our team in the banking industry, located in North Dallas, Texes. This role primarily involves handling customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and managing customer credit inquiries. TheFinancial Analyst/Oracle System Admin will also be responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts and ensuring appropriate action is taken in the event of delinquent payments.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records Address and resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner Monitor customer credit accounts regularly and take necessary action to collect overdue payments Collaborate closely with corporate and shared service accounting teams to ensure actual financials align with planning assumptions Lead and contribute to high-value projects aimed at simplifying and standardizing processes Use financial planning and analysis tools such as Oracle EPM Cloud to drive key management information and performance indicators Provide strategic financial planning insights to support long-term business performance Advise on financial implications of management decisions to guide business planning Use accounting software systems to manage financial data and report on budget processes and expense reporting.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial. Familiarity with CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions is required. Expertise in Great Plains (GPAC) and About Time is essential. Ability to perform Accounting Functions and manage Budget Processes. Experience in Expense Reporting is necessary. Strong understanding and application of finance principles. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Relevant financial certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) would be an advantage. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry. Familiarity with financial regulations and standards in the banking industry. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Proven track record of effectively meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
