Estimator / Project Manager

We’re expanding and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to support our growing project pipeline. This role follows a defined training and advancement path, with a structured daily workflow and support from experienced team members.Estimating Duties:Read and interpret ranch and solar site plansUse Land ID and estimating calculators to create accurate material and labor quotesPrepare structured proposals following company formatsEnsure prices, materials, and calculations are reviewed and approvedHelp maintain accuracy of estimating tools with guidance from senior staffMap fence lines and job elements using defined templatesProject Management Duties:Oversee assigned projects according to established budgets and schedulesCommunicate status updates to clients and team membersParticipate in site visits and coordinate activities with the operations teamMaintain organized project records and ensure tasks are completed to standardFollow reporting procedures and document job progress weeklySupport adherence to safety protocols and company processesCompensation & Career PathStarting salary: $65,000–$80,000 depending on experience and role fitYear 1: Full Estimator/PM responsibilitiesYear 2: Mid-Level – expanded project scope and logisticsYear 3: Senior-Level – support team development and quality assurance
