Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.Job Summary:Our Radar Sensor Systems (RSS) Engineering Team has an immediate opportunity for an Integration and Test Engineer supporting all aspects of Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) Ground and Flight (G/F) Test program. The Systems Engineer will perform ground and inflight system test and integration, software analysis, installation, operation, system troubleshooting and maintenance.The candidate must also already possess in-depth knowledge of the AAS System and its mission. This position requires regular off shift work (nights and weekends), long hours routinely over 40 per week, and frequent travel. The candidate must be extremely flexible and willing to adapt to ever-changing tasking and daily routine of both work hours/work times as required. Work hours are variable and are not set for this position. The candidate must thrive in small team environments and must be a self-starter. This is an Hybrid role.Responsibilities to Anticipate:

Obtain a customer required aviation physiology qualification.

Obtain a FAA Class III or higher flight physical.

Supports the SEIT team in preparation and conduct of program reviews.

Develop and verify test plans and procedures.

Provides clarification of requirements to the software development team.

Participates in system engineering reviews.

Perform test plans and procedures to meet the needs of delivering quality products.

Perform analysis of technical alternatives for a project and make preliminary recommendations

Perform ground and flight integration testing.

Conducts performance analyses.

Completes assigned tasks to meet program schedule milestones.

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and Five (5) years of prior relevant experience.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant AAS work experience.

Experience with AAS system, maintenance, hardware and troubleshooting.

COMSEC and TMAAS user experience.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record making real-time decisions during stressful situations.

Able to communicate clearly and develop qualification curriculum for future engineers.

Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with multi-disciplined teams.

Understands AAS flight operations including customer mission requirements.

Experience with Linux Operating Systems and can build/run LINUX scripts / tools.

Able to clearly document testing with detailed reports.

Perform analysis of technical alternatives for a project and make preliminary recommendations.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
