Contracts Attorney

Description We are in search of a Contracts Attorney based in Dallas, Texas. This role involves remote working, primarily focusing on the negotiation of commercial contracts within the Cloud software industry, specifically PaaS. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Negotiate commercial contracts involving subscription licenses for Cloud software, specifically PaaS Provide legal assistance in reviewing vendor agreements and partnership agreements Liaise with various teams to cover commercial deals across different U.S. time zones Work in alignment with the global legal team, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and standards Handle professional services and transitions from on-premises software Efficiently manage workload, ensuring all tasks are completed within the allocated hours Utilize your skills in Commercial Contracts and Contract Negotiation to effectively fulfill your role. Requirements Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in the state or willing to obtain license Proven experience as a Contracts Attorney or similar role Demonstrable knowledge of commercial contracts Familiarity with PaaS (Platform as a Service) is a plus Strong skills in contract negotiation Excellent verbal and written communication abilities High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficient in using legal research software High ethical standards and professional integrity Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
