Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets. Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM systems, industry networks, and other tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and ensure a robust sales pipeline. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including monthly reports on growth, sales targets, and future expectations. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business improvements.
