Description We are offering a rewarding role for an Administrative Assistant in Dallas, Texas. The selected candidate will provide critical support in managing office operations, coordinating events, and ensuring overall workplace organization. This role is particularly suited for individuals who are tech-savvy and possess strong organizational and prioritization skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate office activities, including setting up for quarter-end celebrations/luncheons and happy hours to foster employee engagement. Order and manage inventory of office supplies to ensure the smooth running of office operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment for optimal productivity. Employ strong administrative skills to support back-office operations, including data entry tasks. Utilize tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom to facilitate communication and collaboration. Proactively identify and address office needs to ensure a well-functioning workspace. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of all responsibilities. Utilize strong work ethics to contribute positively to the team and the overall working environment. Apply administrative experience and skills in executing receptionist duties. Conduct inventory audits as required to maintain accurate records. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience in back office support and corporate office environments. Demonstrated ability in inventory audits. Solid understanding of administrative assistance and receptionist duties. Experience in employee engagement activities. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Strong decision-making ability and exceptional customer service skills.
