Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural design and analysis for a variety of projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings and calculations.
- Review and approve plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers.
- Conduct site visits for inspections, assessments, and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
- Provide project management support when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Active Texas PE license (preferred, but not required).
- Experience with structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Enercalc, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in structural engineering (minimum of 5 years).
