We are seeking a highly motivation individual that will be responsible for answering busy phones and gathering all necessary information needed to complete the call. You will be responsible for dispatching trucks in a timely manner and entering all information our Tracker System. You will have to monitor the progress of calls for efficiency and provide customer or vendor feedback if needed. Problem solving is a must! You will be on the phone most of your day so proper phone etiquette and manners are a MUST.
Available shift is: M-W 11pm - 7am; Every other Sat 1p - 7p; Sun 7am - 7pm
