Entry Level Remote Customer Care Representative F/T

Seeking 1-2 Entry Level Customer Care Representatives for full-time remote positions. Qualified candidate must have 3+ years experience in professional phone-based customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent English, strong attention to detail, self driven, able to meet deadlines, and able to resolve client issues. Need to be able to work as part of a team, multitask, and follow detailed directions. Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST, have own updated laptop (2-3 years old max) with 2 monitors, high-speed internet, dedicated workspace, and be willing to work on Zoom at all times.
