Busy durable medical equipment company is looking to hire the right candidate for our customer service department. Experience preferred but not necessary, training provided. Must be a self starter, eager to learn. Must be very detail oriented, able to multi task. STARTING PAY IS 13.00 HOURLY. No weekends. Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. This position is for IN OUR OFFICE, no remote/work from home.
Weekly pay periods. One week paid vacation after a year with the company.

ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS experience, but not required. Medicaid/Medicare experience, but not required. Phone etiquette, able to communicate with doctors offices, submit authorizations, submit scripts (title19's), follow ups, etc.
