Some of the responsibilities
- Answering the customer phone calls
- Data entry
- Ordering auto parts from venders
- Calling the insurance with informations
- Calling customers with updates
Must have good customer service and good attitude
- Be able to handle lots of pressure
- there will be lots of waking between office and the shop.
